1. Acceptance of these terms
By hiring a service from PulseSeven (pulseseven.com), or by using this site and its tools, you accept the terms described on this page. If you disagree with any of them, please do not hire the service until you resolve that concern with us directly.
2. Description of services
PulseSeven offers design and implementation of landing pages, web infrastructure on Cloudflare, AI assistants, and custom business applications, for businesses in Puerto Rico, the United States, Latin America, and Spain. The specific scope of each project is defined in the proposal or quote delivered before work begins.
3. Work process
Every project follows the same process: diagnostic and strategy, conversion design, build, and deployment. The exact scope (number of sections, integrations, included revisions) is agreed to in writing before starting, according to the plan or service contracted.
4. Payment structure
Payment is split into two parts: 50% at project start and 50% on delivery. We accept ATH Móvil, credit/debit card, and PayPal. Work begins once the first payment is confirmed.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Since every project is customized from the initial diagnostic, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you cancel before the first deliverable, we refund the initial 50% within 5 business days.
6. Revisions and scope
Each plan includes a number of revisions defined in the proposal or on the pricing page in effect at the time of contracting. Changes that exceed the original scope or included revisions are quoted separately before being carried out.
7. Code and domain ownership
The domain, the hosting configured in your Cloudflare account, and your site's code are your property from day one. We retain no exclusive access or dependency on our platform — if you decide to work with someone else in the future, you take everything with you.
8. Use of artificial intelligence
This site's automated diagnostic currently runs on local, template-based logic, without sending your answers to an external AI service. Some projects we deliver may include AI assistants built on third-party services — the exact scope is defined in each project's proposal. AI-generated content, where it applies, is reviewed as part of our process, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors.
9. Delivery timelines
The delivery timelines stated in each plan or quote are estimates and depend on timely delivery of materials, access, and approvals on your part. Delays in providing that information may extend the original timeline.
10. Limitation of liability
PulseSeven does not guarantee specific business results (sales, traffic, rankings) from the use of the site or tool delivered, as these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to delivering the work according to the scope agreed to in writing.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved before the competent courts of Puerto Rico.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Changes apply to projects contracted after the update date shown at the top of this page; projects already agreed to are governed by the terms in effect at the time of contracting.
