1. Who we are

PulseSeven (pulseseven.com) is a digital agency that designs and builds landing pages, web infrastructure on Cloudflare, and AI assistants for businesses in Puerto Rico, the United States, Latin America, and Spain. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our tools, and how we use it.

2. What information we collect

We collect information directly when you provide it, through two channels on this site:

• Contact form / WhatsApp: your name, email address, and WhatsApp number, when you write to us to request information or book a call.
• AI diagnostic tool: the answers you select about your business (business type, current digital presence, goals), used only to generate your personalized diagnostic.

We also automatically collect basic technical browsing information (pages visited, time on site, device type) through Google Analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiries and coordinate requested work.
• Generate the personalized diagnostic from the AI tool.
• Send you a proposal or quote if you request one.
• Improve the content and functioning of this site.

We do not use your information for purposes other than those described here, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do share it, to the extent necessary to operate this site and our tools, with the following providers:

• Google Analytics: collects aggregated, anonymous browsing data to help us understand how the site is used.
• Cloudflare: hosts this site and provides the network infrastructure it runs on.
• WhatsApp / Meta: if you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to Meta's privacy policies.

The diagnostic tool runs on local logic in your browser — your answers are not sent to any external artificial intelligence service to generate the result.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic and browsing behavior in aggregate. You can block or delete these cookies from your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time, by writing to jpacheco@pulseseven.com:

• Access to the information we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your information from our records.

If you're writing to us from the European Union (including Spain)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in addition to the above you have the right to data portability, to restrict or object to the processing of your information, and to file a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your information correctly.

7. Security and data retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption in transit. We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or until you request its deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
